It seems I have been deMaxed

I booked something on the 10th which was a sunday and I was maxed. Haven't logged in again until today Friday and I am unmaxed.

I may have brought this up before but if not, are you looking on the Website or App. The App doesn’t seem to show the Max logo anymore only the Website.

Yes I pay AI fees, but my account waffles between Max and just HGVC. But I just noticed my Elite status is back, that has not been there since I was AI. So maybe it is fixed.
 
Sorry, I actually stated this wrong. The App shows Max, the website shows Max but if you login through your phone in Safari / Google, it doesn’t seem to show.

Have you called in for phone support? I have noticed that is usually the trigger for me to get demaxed as once they’re looking at my account they usually notice that I shouldn’t be max.

Not called them for a few weeks.
 
I think they have it figured out. I have not had my status flipped for over a week now. My HGVC with Elite has stayed put. I guess it is fixed.
 
Mine flipped yesterday after a couple months but hope yours is fixed now

I've finally been demaxed too! I have not been thru this cycle yet, first time I've noticed being demaxed after I first got it late last year.

What a mess. I think this will continue. I guess folks can expect the back and forth and hurry to book stays while they are Max, to save the booking fee or book DRI properties, then when they are switched back to Legacy, they will have them
 
I just checked, and I’m deMaxed, at least according to the mobile app.

I have been remaxed, and have stay this way for 2 months now.
 
Does one need to be maxed to get access to the ultimate access events? I called to get my Elara F1 terrace party tickets so I don’t miss out if I am demaxed when they usually call. Wondering if that was necessary or if a better move would have been to wait to see if the price dropped…
