The only reason I bought Fairfield was because my sister had bought at Sapphire Valley, NC St Fairway Forest in 1983 pre construction for $6000 for s blue week of Thanksgiving which turned to a red week when we went with the points system. We then put all contracts into a trust in my name only which my grandson may donate to wounded warriors if he decides to not keep them.

Most Wyndham hotel chains are strictly budget/economy options and are rarely up to par with the timeshare system(s).

I’ve heard Wyndham Grand is nice, but they are hard to find. For my hotel dollar, there are much better chains out there (Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, etc.). There are the hotel suite chains that have multiple bedrooms and/or kitchens, by they get very pricey.
