If a timeshare wholesaler on ebay makes enough mistakes they may be more careful in the future, (not!) We sometimes purposefully search for timeshare ads with mistakes and have gotten free timeshares, free closings and one time a timeshare that had $3,000 instant equity. After the auction, pay the purchase price and then complain when you get the contract about the "mistake". Examples are timeshares with the right name but wrong city, attractive studios that sleep four but were listed as 1 BR instead of studios, and our all time favorite are the many misspellings for Marriott. (Yes that two rr's and two tt's). Mistakes are costly for sellers, but a treasure hunt for buyers.
