Issue with VV deposit to Interval

I have been trying for over a month to deposit my four bedroom VV Williamsburg unit to II. I did the deposit in late November or early December. I got an initial call and postcard from II that the week was not eligible. I called Vacatia/VV, and they said it was because my MFs were not paid, even though I had no balance on my account. The VV said it was because Vacatia was delayed in sending out the bills and that I could prepay it on the phone, which I did. It then showed as a credit on my account. The VV rep said I could have Interval redeposit, which I also did. I made an exchange into Saratoga Springs at Disney, which said pending. A few weeks later, I got another postcard from II saying my week was not eligible. I called both II and VV again. VV said it was fine and to redeposit. I did but then II cancelled my Saratoga exchange. I have since called VV and sat on hold for over an hour with no one answering. I sent two more emails that said they would be answered within 2 business days. That was two weeks ago. Still nothing.

I gave it one more try in case there was a delay in the system. I currently have a week pending for San Francisco for spring break. Yesterday, I got the dreaded postcard AGAIN. Both of my accounts are paid in full. I confirmed the week to deposit with multiple people. I marked the intent on Vacatia's website. I do not know what else to do. Has anyone had this issue? Or do you have a better contact at VV/Vacatia? So far, I'm not thrilled with the Vacatia buyout.

Vacatia is very disorganized. Glad it worked out but they are very noncommunicative unless of course you are behind on your MFs. LOL

Any clue what finally worked? I’ve been attempting to deposit my 2027 units since the end of Jan and nothing works! They will deposit for a week or so and then disappear. My 2026 MFs are paid for EOY-odd week. Incredibly frustrating.
