Hello friends, I am looking for anyone that has this certificate for this resort and has redeemed it at maturity date. What is the process and was it easy? Do we need to go there? What paperwork is needed? Do they give you a check in Bahamian?

Thank you in advance for your help and guidance!

highly unlikelly this will be able to be redeemed. Island Seas is suffering terrifically. There normally are so many rules and have to do's in those agreements that they are almost impossible to be met.

You are correct on how hard they make it. You have to be there, all parties on the original agreement, on the exact day of maturity as well as send information ahead for "approval" that all requirements have been met. Then the money is Bahamian and will need to be converted to US at a fee of course. We will continue to pursue but it will be a while as our date is in December of 2026 so trying to meet all their hoops to jump threw before then. Thanks,
