Island Links - Hilton Head, SC timeshare free to a good home

Island Links - Hilton Head, SC
3 bedroom unit - every other year maintenance fee and every other year 42,500 RCI points. I'm willing to pay all closing costs, etc.

If you are not interested yet know the best way for me to unload this property, please let me know.

Note - I forgot to say that 2017 maintenance fees are paid so no fees are due until 2019. This is not restricted by any season (the contract says 4 season). It is a floating week, where you make reservations for the week that you wish. I've never done this before so please ask a question if I haven't stated something that you'd like to know. Thanks!
 
The maintenance fees are only every other year and for 2017, that I already paid, they were $997.07.
 
Is this a odd or even year unit? When is first use? Most timeshare have either fixed or floating weeks, are you saying that you can book any season 1-52? I am not familiar with how this works for Island Links.
 
It is an odd year. And yes, it is 4 season. I will call and see if I can get something that explains all the details from the resort. I'll get back to you.
