Is there a website that shows recent sales of TimeShares ?

Sort of like you would see on Zillow so you can see what prices the properties went for..
I see alot of advice for selling for a buck.. but I assume then that you have already paid in full and just want out of the maintenance fees or usage fees?

ebay is great for this, but it only goes back a month I believe.

It depends on what your purpose is, but when a real estate appraiser is trying to value a property they look to recent sales.

A month is pretty good

On the other hand if you are writing a history book, years of data would be helpful

You can’t sell without having already paid in full. There is no chance that the resale value is higher than the outstanding mortgage.
