Is there a way to view or print my fees and payments going back 2-3 years?

I am having a dispute with HGVC over an AI fee paid in Nov 2022.

I paid AI $137 in Nov 2022 and was told this was for CY 2023. But I never received a statement for this; I paid it over the phone.

I paid AI $137 in Aug 2023 without looking at the statement, thinking it was for CY 2024. But in fact the statement said it was for CY 2023. Why would they bill be in August, due in October?

Now I am being billed $354 for Club Dues with AI for CY 2024. It's like the $137 I paid in Nov 2022 just disappeared. I have the credit card bill showing it was charged but no statement from HGVC.

Hi @letsgobobby,

I found the thread with your November 2022 post regarding your AI charge (see above).
Although the rep told you the difference was for 2023, in reality you were paying for 2022 AI in November 2022.
Your 2023 AI difference was due on your 12-month AI anniversary (November 2023) which you paid in August 2023.


Here's my understanding based on information shared in the above thread (see post #34 to post #41).
(1) All inclusive (AI) billing takes a while to setup.
(2) All inclusive (AI) charges are not prorated. You will pay the difference between annual club dues and AI club dues regardless of when you add it.
(3) HGVC will continue billing the regular annual club dues and in addition send a separate bill for the difference which will be due every year on the anniversary month you added AI until the AI charge is setup to bill on January 1

MarBrisa closed Aug 20
Lagoon closed ~ Sep 20
W 57th closed Nov 22

I paid $137 in Nov 22, $137 Aug 23

I looked at all of the payment history for Lagoon and W57th (MarBrisa isn’t online because fees are managed by GPX) and there is no evidence of the Nov 22 $137 fee.

I am at a loss because I never got a statement for that fee, I just called to pay it. They accepted my money, I have the cc statement showing it.

The AI fee I paid in Nov 22 was explicitly for 23, per the conversation we had on the phone. Of course I don’t have a recording. But why would i have paid an annual AI fee for 5 weeks of benefit?

Not sure if this will help you or not, but it is a data point for you.

I closed on a District Deed in January 2022. I had already paid the regular Club Dues at that time ($195) on an invoice that was generated in November 2021 related to my deed at Valdoro. (Side note that I am pretty sure that your Club Dues/AI will always be billed against the oldest deed you have, based on the original sale date by HGVC to the first owner. not based on your purchase date.)

In February 2022 I called HGVC Customer Service to have AI added to my account. As with your experience, there is not invoice from HGVC and I cannot see the payment in my account. I can see it billed by HGVC on my Amex February 2022 Invoice.

Did you make any reservations between paying the fee in 11/22/22 and 12/31/22, where you avoided a reservation fee. If yes, I'm not sure if you have much of a case. If no, I might try to talk to a supervisor if you haven't already.

Isn't the all-inclusive Club Dues optional? If so, you wouldn't receive a statement.
Based on what folks have posted, once you opted in, then the fee is billed going forward.
Honestly, the rep should have suggested to call back in 2023 to add AI, unless you agreed that you wanted immediate access.
