Is there a list of Hawaii Locations I have 13 month ARP for?

I own a converted float week (231 points) at Club Wyndham Kona Hawaiian Resort which is a former Outrigger resort. I was told by a Tugger that I had 13 month ARP to all Hawaii locations (I may have misunderstood). I've been going through resorts on the Club Wyndham site and some I do have 13 month ARP but most I don't. I was wondering if anyone had an explanation as to why I do at some locations but not at others (former outrigger?) and if there is a list for those locations I do have the 13 month ARP. Thank You!

Others surely have direct experience and can probably tell you in greater detail, but I would start by looking at one of the slightly older directories (here's 2018-19: https://www.nxtbook.com/nxtbooks/wyndham/plus_membersdirectory1819/index.php#/p/236) with the Outrigger section that may have a better explanation. There, it states most Hawaii resorts are a 12-month booking benefit. Then you can check the Hawaii resorts that were in the system at that time, which are more likely to fall under your Outrigger benefit. (For instance, a number of former/current Shell properties have since been added to the directory as Club Wyndham resorts, but I assume would not fall under that booking benefit.)

So I just got back from a TS presentation from Club Wyndham Kona where they offered me 7 Shell properties total on all 4 island with any booking availability even same day, for $87/monthly maintenance and I believe was 120k points or 210k points forgot now, but with $20k purchase price, I requested lower purchase price but they wouldn’t budge what would you think about that offer. I told them to make it free like on eBay, all I really want is access to the last minute booking deals.

Thanks. I had the same idea but the names have changed to Club Wyndham or other but different from the earlier directories. I'll just go through each location on each island to figure out a list.

Below is a list of ARP for Hawaiian resorts (not including Worldmark). I have no idea why some have a 12 month ARP or a 10 month ARP. I believe I'm getting an extra 2 months at some locations because my contract had been an Outrigger and my ownership was a converted float week. Also, thanks to paxsarah for correcting the ARP amount as 12 and not 13 months.

Kauai
Makai Club 10 months
Club Wyndham Bali Hai Villas - 12 months
Club Wyndham Ka Eo Kai - 10 months
Club Wyndham Bali Hai Villas - 10 months
Club Wyndham Shearwater - 10 Months
Lawai Beach Resort - No Dates Available
Kauai Beach Villas - 10 months
The Cliffs Club - 10 Months
Makai Club Cottages - 10 months

Oahu
Club Wyndham at Waikiki Beach Walk - 12 months
Club Wyndham Royal Garden at Waikiki - 12 months
Club Wyndham Waikiki Marina Resort at the Ilikai - 10 months

Hawaii
Club Wyndham Royal Sea Cliffs - 12 Months
Club Wyndham Mauna Loa Village - 12 Months
Club Wyndham Kona Hawaiian Resort - 12 Months
Club Wyndham Holua Resort at the Mauna Loa Village - 10 Months
Club Wyndham Paniolo Greens - 10 Months
Club Wyndham Kona Coast Resort - 10 Months

Wyndham/ Shell does not have an actual Wyndham property on Maui. I have never tried the Outrigger resorts because they are expensive. If you want Hawaii, buy Hawaii, or buy resale Wyndham points. They are pennies on the dollar.

The resorts on the Big Island that are Wyndham are much less impressive than Hilton. Same with Oahu. Hilton is more impressive than Waikiki Beach Walk (Wyndham) or Ilikai (Shell). Ilikai is just okay, all studios with kitchenettes.

On Kauai, Wyndham has a huge presence, and if Kauai is your goal for most vacations, try Shearwater, but it's 400-500K points for those units. Yeah, expensive. Bali Hai is nice, great pool. If you stay at Shearwater, you cannot use the pool at Bali Hai. I have been known to get a few nights in a 1 bedroom at Bali Hai for a discount, just to allow the grandkids to use the pool.

First off it used to be called Outrigger Club, a different name is now in use. When I booked last year, online did not handle it, I called in and first rep did not know what I was talking about. Apparently they do not get too many bookings, then 2nd rep remembered outrigger and found the new name etc.. Bottom line.
1. I can book my Hawaii points at home resort at 13 months. Standard 13 month ARP policy.
2. I can book all my Hawaii owned points at any outrigger resort at 12 months. In effect all my Hawaii resort points become pooled for ARP at 12 months. I think the above list is accurate except I know Mona Loa was good at 12 months. I own at Kona Hawaiian and Royal Seacliff.

The outrigger club was started in early 2000's. I have no idea if the Shell properties were added though the earlier post suggests not.
