Is there a bulletin board (either TUG or elsewhere) where one can rent VC points?

If one is short of the number of Vacation Club points (even after banking or borrowing) for one's request, and if one does not know anyone who can lend some VC points, then is there somewhere on TUG or some other bulletin board that one can find out those people who are willing to rent out their excess Vacation Club points?
