I think if someone has a listing with them they don't charge for the rental ad. You can call to double check. That is what I was told a couple of years ago. I haven't done any rentals through them.

No, I'm the one who is looking to rent. Has anyone used this site to be a renter?

I've never used the site but form a lot of reports, many of the listings are age-old. That's usually because people list their property for rent/sale for an unreasonably high cost and no sane buyer/renter bites. I would check to make sure that the ad you are checking out is still valid.

Agree. I have heard that a lot of their ads are old. I enquired about an ad and they tried to contact the owner several times with no response

not uncommon with most resale sites today....ads run "forever".

helps build those super impressive yet useless statistics used in marketing!
