Is Redweek only offering two verified and protected options now?

So for a new rental ad:
1) Redweek has to verify the rental ownership with the resort or company
2 Owner has to use Redweek lease and book online
3) Owner has to let Redweek hold renters money until guest checks in and redweek can resolve tenant issues which may mean owner does not get Renters money
4) If a rental is obtained the owner pays an extra $100 and tenant pays extra 10%
5) I assume owner has to disclose owners personal info to Redweek-- Bank Account ,Tax ID # Etc

Missing anything?
I’m looking at a 2 BR unit at Marriott Ocean Pointe for $3,900.00. Additional fees are Service Fee at $376 and taxes at $273.00. Why is Redweek collecting these additional fees or is at the owners request?

If the owner lists as Verified and Protected, Redweek charges the renter a booking fee of about 10%. They also collect taxes as required in the state of Florida.

RW submits the taxes, the profit is what RW thinks they are owed, along with $99 from the owner + the listing fee from the owner. RW stands to make $376+ $99 + $59-99. Not bad for someone else's owned week, but people expect verify and protect, and they are moving to end DIY listings.
