I had an ongoing search for Disney for the week of July 13. I have Vistana Resort already booked but would prefer to stay on property as we will be at the Boardwalk the week before. Today, I just happened to be searching and found a two bedroom at Saratoga Springs for my dates, I immediately put it on hold. Why did my ongoing search not work? I had RCI do the ongoing search for all the Disney properties as I kept getting an error message online. Has anyone else had this problem? It's quite disappointing, I'm wondering how many other opportunities I missed.

I love that you can do your own searching and booking with RCI, however, it has a lot of bugs in it. I seem to always be on the phone with tech support.

I have had the same thing happen to me with an ongoing search for DVC unit. Luckily, I check RCI a couple of times a day and was able to manually confirm the unit. Other Tug members have had issues as well. I have asked Tech support and of course got a vague answer.

I'm curios to know if you two have weeks or points accounts. Last year, using weeks, I put in a search and got my unit (BCV) about three weeks later.

There have been numerous threads recently with people reporting problems with ongoing searches not matching.
