Club Wyndham [points] (no home resort) [redacted] $231 monthly maintenance fee. No loan, no back dues, account in good standing.

A few $1 listings and many in the $1500-$3,500 range.

I have read quite a bit of the FAQs and it seems like an uphill battle to receive any price above $1,500 with $1 listings available...

The only reason that any of them are worth more than $1 is if they have unusually low annual fee/point ratios. Even then, they are worth at most nickles on the dollar.

Keep in mind that if these are selling for a $1 then it's highly unlikely you'll be able to get a nickel for it.

TUG does have a "FREE Timeshare Giveaway Forum" and you can post it there for free!

Do be sure to keep in mind that you will be unable to give this away if you have an outstanding loan that has yet to be paid off.
