Is it possible to add family member to my RCI account?

Currently my TS and RCI accounts are in my name only and I like to add DH into my RCI account as I won't be travelling with him. I recalled reading that it was possible, but wasn't able to find the post.
Or do I have to use the new RCI guest pass program and pay $149 to add him? Is it possible to add him without the charges?

I don't know about adding your husband, although I think RCI would do so, but I did change out DH's name on our membership for our daughter's very easily via email and fax without a fee. Since she & her family often use one of our weeks to exchange, this saves guest fees.
