As far as MBV, the units look very similar to King's Land, pricing and points of phase 1 seem similar also. It will be interesting to see if or when units get deposited in RCI as part of the bulk banks.

That would be very nice to get through RCI, even with the nightly fees.

The more I think about it, the more it compares to King's Land. The units aren't oceanfront, the resort is distant from a lot of dining options, it can get very windy some days, you will need a car (the bus stop at MBV is not that convenient).
