Is Foxrun now officially Wyndham?

I recall at a Foxrun board meeting I attended that their Board secretary said Wyndham hotels was trying to build a hotel up there on Lake Lure. Today I found an eBay auction that makes it look like Foxrun was taken over by Wyndham and also has floating weeks now, instead of fixed weeks. Does anybody know what's going on? I just gifted a Foxrun week to somebody and wish I had known before of such a change...unless the eBay auction has got it wrong somehow.
