Is $100 a significant amount, a lot for you? A threshold?

Walmart today a 9 ounce bag of Halloween candy $5.97. It is still on the shelf and not in my cupboard. Pretty sure that is a couple $ more then 2 years ago . It will save me from eating it is the only good part. 🎃

Just got tickets to the 2026 Radio City Rockettes Christmas Spectacular show for 7. Taking DS, DIL and grandkids. $1,000 .... Priceless.
BTW.... The fact that living near NYC is something I take for granted. Meaning I don't have to plan for timeshare stay in NYC. I have seen many posts here planning and asking about the various resorts in Manhattan. Makes me say to myself why would anyone want to plan a vacation in NYC?

Alli in total $1000

Kind of nice getting those SS checks. We seem to be spending more on the family since collecting ours, lol.

It really doesn’t hurt as much when you know you’re getting value for your dollar. NYC during the holidays is priceless. Did it once many many years ago and my wife and I still talk about it. Recently paid $600 on tickets for my wife and daughter to see Hamilton. Ridiculous but it made them happy and that’s all that matters to me anymore.
