I haven't been able to access RCI from my iPhone or iPad since the last big upgrade to the RCI system. Using Safari, I can login to my weeks account but when I try to search, the entire browser shuts down. I don't have this problem when I access the RCI website using Safari on my laptop.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is it possible this is due to Flash not being available on the iPhone and iPad?

I have the same problem on my ipod. It's not doing it all the time so I just keep having to resign in.

Me too. I have given up on RCI via my ipad2. Only go to RCI thru my Mac laptop now.

Response from RCI

Hello,
*
Thank you for your e-mail.
*
Adobe Flash Player must be used to perform some functions on RCI.com. Since this application is not available through iPad, it will not be possible to fully access all functionality on our website using an iPad.
*
We apologize for the confusion.
*
Kind Regards,

I downloaded the Photon browser to view sites requiring Flash on my iPad2. It works with RCI in running in Flash mode though still not as smooth as it could be if Apple would decide to make their devices Flash friendly.
