Has anyone received their invoices yet for the new year? I been waiting and the new portal has nothing. Guess they are waiting longer to take our money?

Also still waiting to see the budget. Not sure if the changing of management company will lead to huge budget increase.

What other places have been bought before by this company. Curious if we can track the budget history on those.

I haven't seen an invoice and I went on the Vacation Village website and didn't see a bill or what I owe in maintenance so I could pay my 2026 maintenance. I guess the maintenance for 2026 is $0!!ha ha

I just hope that they don't start charging late fees in January since maintenance is not paid on time!! With timeshares you can never tell what they are thinking or doing since they run like no other business I have ever seen - selling something for many thousands of dollars and not willing to take back what they sold for $0 so they can sell it again for many thousands of dollars.

Anyone receive a budget or invoice for 2026? I own at Berkley Las Vegas and have not a budget or invoice.

I just logged in again today and they are posted for The Colonies at Williamsburg. 2026 Fees are $1254.50 up $135.50 from last years pre-Vacatia ownership fee if $1119. Not a huge increase but it is more then in my previous years of ownership

I didn't pay ARDA ROC fee (says optional) but then it shows $5 remaining balance, annoying!

Also noticed Grandview at Las Vegas hasn't posted MF yet and the due date is tomorrow for zero.

Where are you signing in? I registered for Vacatia and when i attempt to sign in using ID and password, I get "page not found."

Vacatia. Try again and call them. Vacatia feels a bit more IT advanced than Daily Management.

I still haven't got invoices for VV at Williamsburg. I just messaged asking where this is. I am wondering if we get increased like you did with Colonie but that would be a big increase and I would want to see a budget to compare and see why.

That is 12%. Seems high to me.

Talked to Mizner Place yesterday, they said invoices will go out in the middle of Janurary. I did prepay an estimate so that I could have them rent a couple of my weeks.

Curious to see if the renting works better now with Vacatia. They can advertise on their website. How's your expereince in the past with Daily Management?

I have weeks 8 , 11 and 12. I usually rent the A units myself . Daily mgt has rented by B units for me the past 5 units for about $700 .

Think they will advertise your units on Vacatia.com. The website looks well developed hope it rents better.

I tried to trade one of my weeks in but couldn't yet. Hope invoices go out because they are declining trading.

As for renting, I have never heard of rental services, I was always told I had to rent myself and use their rental form.

I finally got my new invoice for the year today. Went up about $120 i believe. The Budget for 2026 is also listed on there system also.

I had AI help with comparison (so this is my warning that if might not be 100% accurate)

In the past for my Vacation Village properties I have been able to pre-pay before the invoice is available. This allows me to trade my weeks.
