It seems that they have been doing site maintenance recently. Their site was down the other day also as noted in this thread in the Exchanging forum.

May not have been preventable. I tried to do a request first online the other day and selected several resorts after researching which ones have 3 bedrooms then it locked up when I tried to pay. Haven't gone back to try again. Hoping they fix whatever issue is before I try again.
