Interval software bug?

I saw a post on Interval community from a person who could not, when doing a request, request a unit bigger than he/she had deposited.

I have regularly deposited a Marriott efficiency and then put in an on-going request for a 2 BR.

So I did a fake request with an efficiency and a 1 BR. When I got to the unit-size page, it defaulted to what I deposited and it would not let me change the range into either a larger or smaller unit. I then went into an on-going request (1 BR looking for a 2 BR) and when doing a review, I was unable to modify my request to a smaller unit. So, it seems that ii has, yet, another bug.

Has anyone else come across this new "feature" ?

I'm not sure... thanks for responding. Hopefully others will opine.
 
Just tried to place a request and the unit size adjustment “bar” seems to be dithered?
Yet the box that says
“ Unit-Size Upgrade
Looking for more space?
Place a request for a larger unit.
You will be charged a fee if a Unit-Size Upgrade is confirmed.
Fee Chart”
Is still there.

Check the cookie settings link on the bottom of the II page. You have to opt-in (not sure if sales and analytics or just one of the two) for the slider to work.

I just checked and I am allowing all cookies.
 
There could be two issues that are causing this. First is that you have to opt into all cookies on the Interval international website. The second is if you have any ad blockers, they could be preventing that slider from working.
 
I deleted all of my history and it still doesn't work. :-(

I'm using Windows 10, and used both Explorer and Google Chrome. No joy.

No one suggested deleting history. When you first go to the II website, there is a popup box about accepting cookies. You probably need to delete your cookies for the II website so that box comes up again and you can then accept all cookies again. If you've declined the cookies in the past, that box may not be coming up.
