They sent me a postcard, "deposit now and get an extra week". Where you receive a bonus resort accommodation certificate.

I saw this same offer on their website.

It say 'your eligible week(s) will be marked with a green tag.

I own many weeks, some in prime time where they have limited trades available. Not one of my weeks have the green tag.

Why did they bother to send me this postcard? It just shows me what they are not doing for me that they are doing for others.

I.I. could save a ton of money on postage. There have been times that I received an A/C, confirmed an exchange, and still got the postcard several weeks later informing me of that I had gotten an A/C.
They should use their email system for this type of notification/ Also they could allow people to choose to receive "snail mail" or email notifications from them, like this.

I got a free exchange for joining! Haven't used it yet.

If the dates of the weeks you have don't match, that is why you don't see the green tag. I have a floating week, so I don't always see a tag until I change the dates I intend to deposit.

Believe it or not many II members don't use computers very much and some not at all. II mails just about everything that you see and do online. They need a paperless option which would save a ton of money.

I have gotten this post card offering me an AC to deposit my weeks.

Seems odd that I already exchanged both of my weeks, thanks to a request first ongoing search. I have no weeks left to deposit!
