I was finally able to create a membership for my family yesterday after about 30 minutes with an advisor. Mind you, when I called the day before, the "supervisor" advised me that I could not open an account for family since they had to do this themselves. Well, that information was incorrect. I have opened accounts for other family over the years without me being on their memberships, mainly because I have the time (being retired now 19 years), and they don't. As of today, the II account number isn't working online. I get this same message as from the last two days, Please do not include dashes, spaces or other special characters when entering a phone number. So, maybe I have to wait a few days for II to update their system with the resort. Since the week is #47, which was only finalized 09/09, this will need to be listed as a late deposit. This is what happens when people tend to procrastinate.
Btw, using my own account on II isn't a problem.
