Interval International limiting Getaway Availability based on Ownership?

I used to own Disney years ago when II was the exchange company. :ponder:
Do Disney members currently have a significantly reduced getaway view? Does any of your personal paid accounts show a significantly reduced getaway view?

No idea. I literally never look at Getaways.

Here is what I can see 2/1/22 - 12/29/22 with a single II account for a 2 Bedroom Four Seasons Aviara. At least there is one in Hawaii which I was very tempted to grab.

Thank you :). This is very helpful.
Your screen shot from your FSRC ownership looks similar to my reduced location list (see my screen capture below).
  • Africa - one location (instead of 8)
  • Asia - three locations (instead of 10)
  • Australia & New Zealand - one location (instead of three)
  • Canada - one locations (instead of five)
  • Caribbean & Atlantic Islands - four locations (instead of 16)
  • And so on….
Mark from II is investigating the issue. Both Four Seasons and WorldMark ownerships have been on my II account for several years.

FSRC would have a higher quality filter so it isn't surprising that lower level resorts are being filtered out. Worldmark is more middle of the road so I wouldn't think they would be filtering out standard resorts. Quality filters don't filter out 100% of standard resorts, just the ones that have had complaints and are on the lower average of standard.

I thought the quality filters only apply to exchange, not getaway bookings?

I don't know. If there is a history at owners at certain resorts complaining about the quality of a resort even if as a getaway, I could see II filtering them out to save themselves from having to deal with it. But when I look at some of the areas, it also seems to be filtering out those that only have hotel type rentals available like Washington, DC; Charleston, and San Antonio. So maybe it isn't a quality filter.

Thanks @youppi
I’m going to reach out to Mark (II TUG Support) to see what’s up.
Were you able to receive an answer on this question from Mark with II?
If this is true,I feel their will be a huge numbers of timeshare owners canceling their II Accounts in 2023 or sooner and asking for a credit card credit. IMHO.

Thanks dioxide45, I hope Mark, can give us some guidance.

Yes, there has always been a quality filter if I use the FSRC ownership to search for exchanges (link). But I‘ve never noticed a difference in II Getaways between the two separate II accounts until this year.

Something is definitely wrong. I don’t even see the Orlando Marriotts.
I only see these five resorts for Orlando.

Four of these resorts are Diamond Resorts now acquired by Hilton.
The Blue Tree Resort at Lake Buena Vista is not a DRI Resort

Same on both accounts.

Basic Question:How are you able to see the total list of getaways? That looks like a handy feature.

Select the 'Search All Destinations' radio button and then enter your dates and search. It will then bring up this list.

Mark asked for time to investigate. I will post when there's more info

Good news! I was just in my II account and noticed that my problem seems to be fixed.:)

Check if you see more locations under Getaways.
For example before this fix, my WM/FSRC account only saw
  • Africa - one location
  • Asia - three locations
  • Australia & New Zealand - one location
  • Canada - one location
  • Caribbean & Atlantic Islands - four locations

Oh good, it looks like yours is fixed as well. :)
Last Friday they were still investigating. I sent Mark an email this evening to let him know that my account was fixed.

Thanks for noticing and checking on this. Lots of options; took all those screen shots to show them all ;)! And even some Hawaii.
