Interval exchange is this correct

I have a Marriott grande chateau studio deposit with interval since 2022 expires 2024 I am trying to book March cypress harbour week 2023 week
it does not show up .
if I use the same unit to search with a 2023 or 2024 week it can see the week I want .
can’t understand why I am not able to see it with deposit week

WHat was the original checkin date of your deposited week?

Also did you click the search button again after seeing the initial set of results that excluded the Cypress Harbour week? The II website is kind of buggy and clicking the Search button again will return more results.
 
It was 20th November 2022 it is a deposit only not be redeemed
 
Yes I tried to search again it is showing April and May weeks but not april

You might also try putting in an ongoing search and it could confirm via the overnight match process.

You can setup an ongoing search for this. It is quite possible that it is a trade power issue. Even ghouth a studio from next year can see it doesn't mean your deposit can. II moves around the trade power on studios a lot. One year they will trade okay and then another year they will be garbage. Just how it goes with studios.
 
What browser are you using? I typically use firefox but found it has issues on Interval. Tried emailing interval to sort that out the response told me to call...what a mistake. They really have no technical people. For 45 frustrating minutes they kept reconnecting me to exchange people who had no clue. Finally one of them said you just need to download and use a different browser.
 
She did not give me her name just said that mark had asked her to call because he was not available today.
I was using safari
 
Mark and his assistant are truly an asset to this website. IMHO.
