Have any of you had a change in using Interval on your I-Phone? I used to be able to use the full website on my phone but now it’s so confusing and I can only use the mobile version. I’m not even using it anymore and feel like I’m missing out on exchange opportunities.

If you go to the "About Us" link at the bottom, it gives you a message "Leaving Mobile Experience" and has a button to Continue to Full Site. Try that.

It does look different, but I like to use it to search multiple codes at once. It's not as limiting as the app.

I went to the “About Us” link at the bottom and hit continue to Full Site. It brings me to full site but when I hit the exchange option, it takes me back to the mobile site. I guess I’ll have to get used to it. It was so much simpler the other way. Thanks for the info.

It's a mobile site, in that the face of it looks much like you are using an app. But the searching is actually the same mechanism as the full site, I can put in multiple codes at once, pick the week I search with and then see the results so I find it better than the app (by a hair!).

I don't like how you have to expand the results for each resort to see what dates are available. The plain old website was good enough for me, but this is their idea of an improvement.

Yeah I can't seem to access the full site on my Android anymore. I can't change the resorts/weeks in my ongoing searches for one thing anymore, because it always freezes up for some reason on any of our phones, which it never did before on the full site. If I click on "continue to full site", it always sends me back to mobile. You would think there would be some way to access the full site.

I had tried the II app before and it didn't seem to let me do everything I could on the full site. Guess I am going to have to try it again since I am rarely on my laptop anymore and use my phone for everything. Can you modify your ongoing searches on the app?

On Android you might want to try looking in your browser options. In Vivaldi there's a way you can say "give me desktop site" and the browser just tells the site it's a desktop so the site generally will take that info as correct and give you the full / desktop site. IDK if other browsers have it, Firefox probably has or an extension to do that spoofing for you. Though I can't imagine trying to do any of this timeshare stuff on a phone for me - it's not well designed to begin with lol.

Thanks, yeah I changed it under Chrome/Google settings. I just set an exception so that intervalworld.com always goes to the desktop site only. I forgot that I have seen that setting before.
