Inexpensive GPS advice - TomTom vs Moov

Mrs Claus is looking at inexpensive GPS units, and is only interested in those close to $100, maybe no more than $125-ish. I think this will be more of an interesting doo-dad than something that is needed or heavily used, so Mrs. C. doesn't want to get one that costs more.

From reading the comments on TUG about more expensive ones, it seems that spoken street names is a real plus. A lot of the other features that are mentioned - international, points of interest, and so forth - are not needed.

So.....Any comments about these two, or others in Mrs. C's price range?

Tiger Direct frequently has good deals on GPSs. Many of them are refurbs, so watch it if that's important to you. I bought a Magellan Maestro 4040 refurb from them for $99 not long ago. Great unit, voice prompts, bluetooth interface to your phone. Only has maps for North America, and is not upgradable for international maps. I see that Tiger Direct has a refurb Magellan 4250 right now for $119 (upgrade from my unit), as a refurb Tom-Tom One.
