I was wondering what would happen if you had a 5 year II membership and then sold your TS that was associated (or your resort switched to RCI) with II. DO they cancel your membership? Do they remove your resort from "my units"? Can you still book Getaways? Curious as to how they handle things if you have already paid for a service...

More of a question of what if? Not looking to sell my II affiliated unit.

Interval has no way of knowing you sold your resort unless you tell them. From their perspective, you are just using the resort yourself.

So yes, you can still purchase getaways.

Agreed, I sold a unit over a year ago an it still shows up in my II under my Units.

Enjoy your getaway purchases and keep your membership up to date..

:whoopie:

That would be a great way to get the getaways and not have any MF's!

Thanks for the help.

That is correct, even when you renew your membership, they will not check if you still own that resort or not.
