Any sense on how difficult it may be to pull a May 2020 week with a Sheraton Desert Oasis 1 bedroom platinum week?

We traded in to May 2020 using a Marriott 1BR, so trade power probably wouldn't be an issue. Your biggest problem is you lack Marriott preference and you are also late to the game. Our trade came through pretty much exactly a year out. While deposits may still happen, chances are there are Marriott owners ahead of you with the same or better trade power.

That is very helpful. I may throw in an OGS and see how it goes. I have other options for May this year if it doesn't work. I can then plan earlier for next spring or possibly look at November.
