I'm unable to access my history and it doesn't seem as though II cares to fix this issue that many owners are experiencing, so I'm trying to figure out a workaround. When accessing my account via the II app, it appears that I should be able to do a retrade, but the date selection seems wonky and then when I hit "search vacation" I get an error message "Please review the information entered below" but there is no information. Can't figure out if it's me or the app that is the problem
Any advice on how the app functions would be appreciated!
