Screen shot for those of us that like the colours!!! I can't see and restrictions on what dates it can be used for and don't have a unit to search with to test sensibly. It works with retrades.

Note the need to select the option at check-out, people do miss this and then get grumpy!

It's in the bottom fine print, for travel by May 31st.

If you take a free upgrade and then retrade the upgrade stays with you and is not limited to May 31st

Based on past experience, it should stay with it. You won't need to pay the upgrade fee again if you retrade outside the May 31st date.

Just tested using MVC enrolled week and retrading out to a larger unit with check-in before 31 May and then retrading out further retains the unit size upgrade no fee feature.

If I book a stay before May 31 and the ePlus to Jan 2027, would free upgrade still apply?

As long as you upgrade now when you do the first exchange, any subsequent exchanges should be able to be done up to the unit size of this first trade. So no additional upgrade fees should apply.

I traded an enrolled Marriott studio for an early May 3BR Timber Lodge then immediately traded it for a Dec 3BR Imperial Palms. My hope is to ultimately retrade this week for a Hilton Head 2BR or 3BR week around Memorial Day or Labor Day 2027. But we'll see what else comes available!

Thanks for the guidance. You used e-Plus?

I was able to upgrade and selected a May 31 date.:cheer:There is a 1 year extension to use if you E-Plus. Questions:

1) Any significant reason to wait 14 days to buy E-Plus? Is the one year from this first deposit reservation ( May 31)? If so, if I wait 14 days to add E-Plus does that push out the expiration by 14 days?
2) Alternatively, is the one year expiration after the first E-Plus retrade?

It won’t matter if you add E plus now or later within the 14 days. The expiration date will always be the same. That expiration date is always one year after the check-in of the current exchange.
