II exchanged for the wrong date!! aaagghh

Just went to II to look at exchanges and found that my deposited week was missing. Checked status and showed that they had confirmed an exchange - to the wrong date!! Not even close to my request!!

I am now on hold w/Marriott desk at II to try and fix.. I requested for Aug 2013! and instead was given a Dec 15-22 2012 yikes!

OK - lesson here, it pays to keep track of your deposits and check II periodically!! Turns out they had my exchange window to be July 2012 - Aug 2013, instead of July 2013-Aug 2013...

They fixed it so I should be fine until deposits start showing up in II, but I think I'll keep logging in to II just in case something like this happens again... :eek:
