II Exchange

Hello all -

We just got back from Harbour Lake and I wanted to check II for next year's pending exchange. I was surprised to find that our request to exchange for Hilton Head came through - Barony Beach Club :whoopie: !. The odd thing is that I haven't gotten an email from them. In fact the only proof that I have of the exchange is under "history" on II's website. What, if anything, should I be getting from them as confirmation for the exchange? And when should I expect to get it? Also, we have Unit, HVILA - any idea what view that is?

I usually get my confirmation emails from II immediately when I book an exchange, so if I were you I'd be concerned. Call II ASAP. I hope nothing funny happened with your exchange! Let us know what happens.

One time I did not get my email, however it was under my account. I did the exchange over the phone, not on-line. I did not worry, and right before my trip I called and they emailed me the certificate.
I would call them tomorrow morning and ask for the email.

Most of the time you'll get one E-mail confirming the exchange followed several hours to a day later with another E-mail that has a confirmation certificate attachment, but not always. I've had them take up to three days after I've seen the exchange in my history.
 
Turns out they sent it to an old email address of mine. Not sure how that happened as I had updated my new address at their website. I double checked the one listed with them and it is my new one. Odd. Anyway, turns out it is fine. I got my confirmation.
