II exchange problem

I have this problem for a couple of years: I usually have a few of request first exchanges in my account with some resorts. But every now and then II will "add" some resort in my request and send me a confirmation. If I did not catch it, I will be stuck in the "not wanted" exchange. No, I am 100% sure I did not make the mistake. I've just been confirmation with a exchange I did not request. And this happened many times before (When I checked my pending request, I was surprised by the resort I did not plug in there). Does this happen to you? How do you avoid this problem?

Are you accidentally requesting a whole region, along with specific resorts?

I always request very specific resorts, I know what I want. About 10 days ago, I recheck all my requests and know this resort I've just been confirmed is not there. -- I have to do recheck every now and then, because I have been "shocked" by what was there before many times.

That's weird. I suggest you take a screen shot of your request, and then if/when they change it, you can asked II why it was changed and have the screen shot to send to them.

That's weird. I suggest you take a screen shot of your request, and then if/when they change it, you can asked II why it was changed and have the screen shot to send to them.

I agree. I have been a member of II for years and have never had anything like that happen.

I have MVB requested 3/8 -3/15, 2012 and I am confirmed with 3/24 - 3/31, 2012.

II had called me saying I would not be able to find what I requested and I needed to change my request last year. I did not say anything. I found what I wanted a lot of time at flex time period.

I have 4 exchange requests at my account. II just sent me another confirmation with the same resort and date (the one nobody wants, I guess) to me. The one I just cancelled this morning. The same one I did not request.

Thank you for everyone's advice!
I spent quite a while with II and finally talked to some supervisor. He said that maybe the "manually" confirmed agent made the mistake to my request So I got this confirmation. He said he will make a note on my account to only confirm what I request in my account. Well, I did prove that someone entered my account and did something not authorized by me! This has been going on for a couple of years when I have request in the account. I hope II will not plug something, anything in the future to mine again.
