I like eplus for flexibility, but every time I do it worldmark credits are taken again even though they’ve already been taken. Will they come back to me at some point or do I have to hassle to get them back. I’m not tracking exactly when they were taken this second time, but within the last month

In my experience, you need to call in and go through the hassle of requesting them to give back your credits. The issue with Eplus and WorldMark is that Interval does things correctly, (and gives you the retraded resort), but WM does not. WM sees the retrade as a new exchange, so that means they take more credits AND a housekeeping token. While you're on the phone with them, ask them to review the exchanges you have. WM will (likely) see you have two exchanges checking in on the same day, but at different resorts. You need to convince WM to hand you over to a Supervisor who understands how Eplus works, have that person review your account, cancel the older exchange, and then request from the IT department that the initial credits be returned to your account. The last time I did that it took about six months before WM finally made things right. It's a major PITA. The lesson I learned, and that Tuggers confirmed, is to not use Eplus with WorldMark. I learned my lesson.

Good luck!

Dave

I have had the same experience as @DaveNV TWICE and NEVER AGAIN. Mine took closer to 2-3 months but that’s because I didnt have the credits and instead had a huge balance (was charged at FAX TIME) and I kept calling then weekly. Not worth it!

Apparently eplus with worldmark is not an issue if you deposit first exchange vs request first, but I havent tried this myself so I cannot confirm…

This is what is reported by long time owners on wmowners. Do not use eplus on request first/OGS. However, it does work if you deposit first. The owners that I know that do deposit first get Blue seasons for cheap points hoping to find a deal on a trade. However, deposit first is considered riskier. Plus it has been taking Wydamn weeks to pull the credits when they do make a deposit, so you have to make sure you save that amount of credits in your account.

I purchased eplus and when I called to trade for the many openings interval had listed online for Marriott Newport Coast I was told only two of the 20+ options were available—Dec 1 or 2. I didn’t want to get too close to the 59 day window for the exchange so I booked the Dec 2 option. That was about 1week ago. Today I saw that the same inventory is still online and called to make a second exchange. I was told that even tho they were available online I couldn’t use them as an eplus trade. No real explanation of why not. I asked to speak to s supervisor and got the”they will tell you the same thing. “. He refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I called back and finally got a supervisor who traded the Dec 2 timeshare for the late January one listed online. What don’t I know about eplus. I paid for a 2bedroom exchange in the beginning and I was trading 2 bedroom for 2 bedroom

Were you doing the eplus exchange online and getting an error message or were you calling and speaking to a human and getting the weird replies? I have only ever done eplus online and assumed that if I could see it I could trade it (by clicking on the reservation and then the eplus retrade button/option)....
