There appears to be a major issue with eplus retrades in the Interval app. It is set up to charge you a full retrade fee ($249) plus upgrade charges even if those fees were paid on the original trade. I almost paid $367 ($249 exchange fee plus $118 upgrade fee) before I realized there was something wrong in the app. When I went to the website, I was able to retrade using my eplus without any additional fees.

Others noticing this? I talked with someone today who was trying to figure out why she was being charged, and sure enough, when she went to the website instead of the app, the fees weren't being charged.

This issue can be reported to II.

I’ve tried using the tug contact email, but haven’t gotten any response. I think I read somewhere that yahoo email addresses don’t deliver to them, so maybe that is why I’m not getting any response.

That is probably why. We have Yahoo based addresses that don't get through. I have to use our MSN account.

I've been seeing people report it in TUG and II on and off for a month or so. Its not one I recall from being a long term "feature" so may have been introduced more recently.
