II 24 Hour Cancellation Help Please

Hello all,

I need to cancel a reservation I made yesterday at 9:39am. I know the policy is 24 hours to cancel, but they don't open until 10 am today. Do you think they will give me a problem and still charge me the exchange fee?

For those of you wondering, I just called and they had to have a manager override the 24 hours period so I could get fee back.

Good to know -- thanks for posting. I often book early in the morning and have always wondered if I could cancel upon opening the next day. I wish they had an online cancel feature.
