Like other posters: BC, Canada or Switzerland - I'd have to see whether I could survive winters in either place. And maybe New Zealand - haven't been there yet, but it has always appealed to me for a variety of reasons.

Other contenders could be Italy, and the Puerto de la Cruz area on Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. I met several UK ex-pats there, and I can definitely see the appeal!

Luxemburg, Monaco, Bhutan, or the Cayman Islands. Boy is it hard to get citizenship in those places.

Cayman Islands or Scotland... I consider myself a "dual national" of both countries, although unfortunatley both are still under the colonial yoke of Her Brittanic Majesty's Government....
