If Marriott buys back your week through ROFR..

... It will be a long time to see any funds. Yesterday it was two months since they exercised ROFR and we have not even received paperwork from them - zero contact. I emailed and received a response that they are running busy. It will be six months before we see our funds, if after two we don't even have a deed to notarize. I dont find that acceptable!

I would speak with an attorney if you go much longer without receiving payment or they haven't executed the deed transfer. You may have somerecourse due to Marriott not completing the transfer timely. If you have a friend involved in real estate law, maybe just mention it in passing to get their opinion.

Of course, this would only be useful if the previous potential buyer was still interested.
