I recently won a timeshare on eBay the seller is A Timeshare Broker the listing agent is David Patchanian. Does any body have any feed back on the company or the agent?

I worked with David Patchanian on a couple of timeshares where Marriott exercised their ROFR. David was good at communicating, seemed to know what he was doing, replied quickly to my inquiries, etc.
