I am thinking about selling a unit we own on Ebay. The unit is a fixed week and unit. I stopped depositing the unit with any exchange company, but the first available usage is in April 2007. The maintenance fees are due in July 2006. When would be the best time to try to sell the unit? Do I list it a year ahead to give the buyer the option to deposit a year ahead, or do I wait until later?
