Great deal Terry. If it was Villas 1 we would have had a fight over it. :) Now you'll need a Canyon Villas or Newport Coast to do 13 month bookings!

Are you still 'pending' with your Beachplace purchase. I would have thought that completed some time ago but it says pending under your handle. If so, have you booked it?

Marriot has had the BeachPlace deed for 19 days now. I have decided not to bother them unless it drags out too long. Hopefully I can book a good spring break March week.

That was terrific deal in DSV...

I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath PLATINUM week Memorial Day weekend, at Fairway Villas, Jersey Shore...
I was told by a sales person at sellmytimeshare.com thats was worth 27k..
is that true...
BUT
in this market,
what is that the best price I can get including closing fees & costs.

Listed at http://www.sellmytimesharenow.com/t.../search_sell/Operation/5/SearchResortID/5904/ for as low as $10k. Who knows what it would really sell for.

A GOLD just sold on ebay for $725. (Ebay #: 130284020961, Ended: Feb-02-09)
