So I just bought a 2 bed plus at myrtle Anderson.
Silver season
Odd years 4k points & 1100 Maintenance
$13k

Love to hear if I got a good, bad deal, or got fleeced.

Fleeced. Sliver season anywhere can be bought resale for a few hundred dollars or $1 in many cases. Here is an unsold every year Anderson Ocean Club on Redweek: https://www.redweek.com/posting/R784071

Thirteen thousand dollars for any timeshare is too much. Do you still have the opportunity to rescind?

Rescind while you can. That is a lot of money you don't need to waste. There are wonderful opportunities for hgvc resale: sellingtimeshares.net You can get platinum for that same amount of money and low MF's. And if you need to finance it, buy something that is basically free and then buy Hilton down the road. There are lots of free timeshares out there that are worthy of the maintenance fees.
