I'm in the Bahamas without cell service so I can't call owner services. My account was messed up because while I thought all maintenance fees and dues were paid, the Club Dues were actually under my husband's log-in and were unpaid. Crazy. Why all m/f's under my i.d. and Club Dues under his? That put our account in a status not letting me make reservations. I got that fixed today but account still hasn't reset.

I have found availability for a reservation next February. I've seen it all day. Had about 4 chat sessions and reps can't see it.

What gives?

I'd email them from the website but can't you call using wifi calling? There were no fees under his login except for the Club dues? Do you own any trust points? IF so, he might be the primary on that portion. I'd work on this when you get home planning for next year though. When we did your enrollment purchase in 2019 they put the new week with my wife as primary and thus that weeks fees and mailings were under her login.

All of our ownership was pre-2010. No points.

And the fees for all weeks are under your account if I understood correctly. I'd work with them to get this fixed for the future. Glad you could get the reservations you needed. Enjoy your trip.

Me too! We're trying to going to Hawaii next year. I've made points reservations as a back up for Interval exchanges.

We've done this our last 2 trips. For last month we had a hotel reservation or Maui for a conference at the Hyatt but was able to get the MOC next door on exchange a studio for a 1 BR. For Oahu we had an exchange request in for Kauai (not KBC) and for Oahu and Ko Olina was what came available also studio to 1 BR IIRC. In 2018 we did 3 weeks MMO-Ko Olina-Waiohai. For MMO just the 2 of us in a 1 BR older section on exchange originally had a studio on points. For Ko Olina had three 2 BR reserved (one owned & 2 on points) but get enough exchanges to cancel all direct reservations including taking points on the owned week. For Waiohai had 3 reserved on points, got one exchange and kept the other 2 on points.
