I've owned this week for the last 2 or 3 years and have traded to Bonita Springs FL, Aspen CO, Beaver Creek Park Hyatt, Sedona Az, Wild Oak Ranch in San Antonio TX, Hyatt in Branson MO, Marriott in Orlando. Its a great trader and can maximize your usage. The most I've used in one year is over 3 weeks, by travelling on low season times. "Buyer" is responsible for LT transfer fee and Hyatt transfer fee.
