Hyatt Sunset Harbor construction projects?

Is there anywhere I can find out what construction/projects might be happening at the Hyatt Sunset Harbor in Key West? I'll be there in June for my week and I remember a couple years ago I wasn't allowed to use my balcony due to painting.

Also, I think I read somewhere that they were upgrading the kitchens - where can I get details on this?

I'd recommend calling the resort directly. They will be the most informed about what is happening there.
