Hyatt Oceanside Status?

According to the California Coastal Commission report posted on Kal's web-site,
"...the last day for Commission action on this (Hyatt resort) item is August 24, 2008."

August 24, 2008 is fast approaching, does anybody know what is happening with this project? It would be great have more HVC properties in California.

Oceanside and also waiting on Newport Beach- (w\c would be terrific.)
next I hear they build property #4 in Florida
Have both these projects been scratched?
