This is a link to an ebay auction. I know there is alot of uncertainty with regard to the hotel properties. Experienced Hyatt owners, what are your thoughts about purchasing this resort? This may go for a very attractive price!

I think the general consensus on this board is to stay away from buying at the Hyatt Hacienda del Mar. Too many problems or unknowns. The price looks attractive BUT most likely it will sell for much more making it less of a bargain. Also the MFs seem high. Does anyone know if this property has, or anticipates, any special assessments?
