Hyatt Beach House or Winward Pointe?

We are planning a winter trip to KeyWest. I know Sunset Harbor is the preferred place but there are no openings. which of the other 2 are preferable? According to Trip Advisor Winward Pointe is rated higher but on Tug , Beach House is ranked higher. The reviews on tug however are older and Trip Advisor is more up to date. I know renovations have occurred over the past year. we Are fine with being outside Key West. Which would you recommend. we are taking my sister and brother in law and they have not yet stayed in a Hyatt timeshare with us. thanks in advance for your help

Marriott Frenchman's Cove, Hyatt Sunset Harbor, Harborside at Atlantis, Marriott Aruba Surf Club, Marriott Grande Ocean, Westin Kierland Villas, Westin Lagunamar
Windward Point is newer but on the airport runway. The units are beautiful. Beach House is older but I think is a nicer location with a small beach. Both of them are a car or cab ride to Duval St.
